1. (a) As used in section 3 of this chapter, "participating shares" means shares that entitle the shareholders to participate without limitation in distributions.
2. (b) As used in section 3 of this chapter, "voting members" means members or policyholders entitled to vote unconditionally in the election of directors.
3. (c) As used in section 3 of this chapter, "voting shares" means shares that entitle the shareholders to vote unconditionally in the election of directors.
