1. (a) Before December 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the legislative council an annual report of the:

   1. (1) violations assessed; and

   2. (2) fines waived;

      under section 7 of this chapter in the previous calendar year.

2. (b) A report described in this section must be submitted in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 .
