As used in this chapter, "warranty" means a guarantee that:

1. (1) is made:

   1. (A) solely by the manufacturer, importer, or seller of property or services; and
   2. (B) without consideration;
2. (2) is not negotiated or separated from the sale of the property or services;
3. (3) is incidental to the sale of the property or services; and

4. (4) the person making the guarantee will indemnify the warranty holder for:

   1. (A) defective parts;
   2. (B) mechanical or electrical failure;
   3. (C) labor; or
   4. (D) other remedial measures, including repair or replacement of the property or repetition of services.
