Ind. Code § 27-1-43.2-10

Service contract characterization and regulation

As added by P.L.129-2014, SEC.10.

  1. (a) A service contract:

    1. (1) is not insurance; and
    2. (2) except as provided in this chapter, is not regulated under IC 27 .
  2. (b) The authority of the commissioner under this chapter is in addition to all other authority of the commissioner under this title.
