As used in this chapter, "group" means the following:

1. (1) The membership of any of the following:

   1. (A) A trade association.
   2. (B) A professional association.
   3. (C) A labor union.
   4. (D) An employee association.
   5. (E) A club.
   6. (F) A league.
   7. (G) A fraternity.
   8. (H) A guild.
   9. (I) Another organization.

2. (2) The employees of any of the following:

   1. (A) An employer.
   2. (B) Two (2) or more employers.
