1. (a) The department may:

   1. (1) receive;
   2. (2) categorize; and

   3. (3) maintain;

      any information provided by a health care provider or a health plan under this chapter.

2. (b) The department may not adjudicate or otherwise mediate any of the disputes between health care providers and health plans.
