Ind. Code § 27-1-36-8

"Domestic insurer"

As added by P.L.186-1996, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.51-2002, SEC.2; P.L.276-2013, SEC.17.

As used in this chapter, "domestic insurer" means any:

(1) insurance company;
(2) health maintenance organization;
(3) limited service health maintenance organization; or
(4) fraternal benefit society;
that is domiciled in Indiana.
