Ind. Code § 27-1-25-15 – Violations; offense; notice

(a) An administrator acting without a license issued under this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(b) The commissioner shall notify the prosecuting attorney or the attorney general of Indiana of violations under subsection (a).
