Ind. Code § 27-1-24.5-2

"Effective rate of reimbursement"

As added by P.L.68-2020, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "effective rate of reimbursement" includes the following:

(1) Generic effective rates.
(2) Brand effective rates.
(3) Direct and indirect remuneration fees.
(4) Any other reduction or aggregate reduction of payment.
