As used in this chapter, "pharmacy benefit manager affiliate" means a pharmacy or pharmacist that directly or indirectly, through one (1) or more intermediaries:

1. (1) owns or controls;
2. (2) is owned or controlled by; or

3. (3) is under common ownership or control with;

   a pharmacy benefit manager.
