Civil penalty; failure to comply with IC 27-1-20-21
As added by P.L.1-1990, SEC.258.
The commissioner may impose a civil penalty of five hundred dollars ($500) under IC 4-21.5-3 on an insurance company that fails to comply with section 21 of this chapter.
