Violation of confidentiality

As added by P.L.114-2025, SEC.78.

(a) A member of the board who knowingly violates the terms of a confidentiality agreement executed under this article commits a Class A misdemeanor.
(b) A person convicted of violating this section is ineligible to serve on the board.
