Ind. Code § 26-3-7.5-7

Administration of inspections

The agency may:

(1) employ persons;
(2) make expenditures;
(3) require reports and records;
(4) make investigations; and
(5) take other action;
that the agency considers necessary or suitable for the proper administration of this chapter.
