- (a) The director or the director's designated representative shall charge each inspection site a two hundred dollar ($200) fee for each moisture testing device inspected at the inspection site under this chapter.
- (b) All fees collected under this section must be deposited in the grain buyers and warehouse licensing agency license fee fund established by IC 26-3-7-6.3 .
