Ind. Code § 25-8-14-5

Violations; unlicensed acts; offense

As added by P.L.257-1987, SEC.13. Amended by P.L.239-1995, SEC.6.

A person who:

(1) violates any provision of this article; or
(2) performs any act authorized by a license issued under this article without possessing a valid license to do so;
commits a Class C infraction.
