1. (a) The board shall charge a fee established by the board under IC 25-1-8-2 for issuing or renewing a beauty culture salon license. IC 25-1-2-6 (e) applies to the issuance and renewal of a beauty culture salon license.
2. (b) The board shall charge a fee established under IC 25-1-8-6 for reinstating a beauty culture salon license.
