Ind. Code § 25-8-13-1
"Examination" defined
As added by P.L.257-1987, SEC.12.
As used in this chapter, "examination" includes the repetition of an examination by a person who did not receive a satisfactory grade (as defined by IC 25-8-4-9 ) on a prior examination.
