A person licensed under this chapter may not engage in barbering outside a beauty culture salon unless the person:

1. (1) has the permission of a person who holds a beauty culture salon license and:

   1. (A) employs; or

   2. (B) leases or subleases a part of a shop to;

      the person licensed under this chapter; and

2. (2) complies with any other practice restrictions established by the board under this chapter.
