Ind. Code § 25-6.1-9-4

Expiration and renewal of sponsor approval

As added by P.L.238-1995, SEC.3.

(a) The approval for a sponsor expires February 28 each even-numbered year.
(b) A sponsor must submit:
1. (1) a letter requesting renewal of approval; and
2. (2) the renewal fee;
  at least thirty (30) days before the sponsor's approval expires.
