1. (a) The office of the attorney general shall provide the staff assistance necessary to:

   1. (1) enable the auctioneer commission to perform its duties under this chapter; and
   2. (2) enforce this chapter.
2. (b) Expenses incurred by the office of the attorney general under this section shall be paid from the auctioneer recovery fund.
