1. (a) The attorney general may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration for conduct that would have justified denial of registration under section 4(b) of this chapter.
2. (b) The attorney general may deny, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration only after proper notice and an opportunity for a hearing under IC 4-21.5 .
