Restoration of home state license; requirements for compact privilege in remote state
As added by P.L.21-2023, SEC.1.
Once an encumbered license in the home state is restored to good standing, the licensee must meet the requirements of section 1 of this chapter to obtain a compact privilege in any remote state.
