1. (a) The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to do the following:

   1. (1) Require continuing education and training for landscape architects.
   2. (2) Set minimum requirements for continuing education and training for landscape architects.
   3. (3) Set minimum requirements for continuing education instructors approved by the board.

2. (b) The rules adopted under this section must require a landscape architect to comply with the following:

   1. (1) The landscape architect shall provide the board with a sworn statement signed by the landscape architect that the landscape architect has fulfilled the continuing education requirements required by the board.
   2. (2) The requirements under IC 25-1-4 .
