Sections 8 and 9 of this chapter do not apply to commercial transactions between two (2) or more of the following:

1. (1) An entity licensed by the secretary of state under IC 9-32-9 as:

   1. (A) an automotive salvage rebuilder;
   2. (B) a disposal facility; or
   3. (C) a used parts dealer.
2. (2) A valuable metal dealer.
3. (3) An automobile scrapyard (as defined by IC 9-13-2-8 ).
4. (4) A scrap metal processor (as defined by IC 9-13-2-162 ).
