The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing:

1. (1) standards for the competent practice of respiratory care under the direct supervision of a physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 , including a designation of tasks;
2. (2) fees for the administration of this article; and

3. (3) standards for the administration of this article;

   after considering rules proposed by the committee.
