1. (a) The council shall make recommendations to the commission concerning the following:

   1. (1) Requirements for sponsors of courses under this chapter.
   2. (2) Requirements for instructors to be used by sponsors in providing courses under this chapter.
   3. (3) Requirements for the curricula for postlicensing and continuing education courses under this chapter.
   4. (4) Rules to implement this chapter.
   5. (5) Other issues identified by the commission to implement this chapter.
2. (b) Notwithstanding IC 25-1-4 , the commission shall approve all postlicensing and continuing education courses.
3. (c) The commission may, with the advice of the council, approve online education required for licensing.
