Memorandum of understanding

As added by P.L.87-2006, SEC.7.

(a) The attorney general and the licensing agency shall enter into a memorandum of understanding to administer and enforce this article.
(b) The attorney general and the licensing agency shall present the memorandum of understanding annually to the commission for review.
