If an individual fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the board shall:

1. (1) suspend the individual's registration under this article; and

2. (2) delete the individual's name from the roster published under IC 25-31.5-3-7 ;

   until the renewal fee is paid.
