Each registered professional soil scientist may obtain and use a seal or stamp of registration. The design of the seal or stamp must:

1. (1) be authorized by the board; and

2. (2) contain:

   1. (A) the soil scientist's name and registration number; and
   2. (B) the legend "Registered Professional Soil Scientist".
