Each year the board shall:

1. (1) determine the cost incurred in administering the program for the registration of soil scientists under this article; and

2. (2) if necessary, adjust the amount of the:

   1. (A) registration fee charged under IC 25-31.5-4-10 ; and

   2. (B) renewal fee charged under IC 25-31.5-6-3 ;

      to ensure that the program is self-supporting.
