1. (a) The board shall meet:

   1. (1) at least one (1) time each calendar year; and

   2. (2) at other times when:

      1. (A) the chairperson; or

      2. (B) a quorum of the board;

         considers a meeting necessary.

2. (b) Members of the board must be notified of the date, time, and location of a meeting of the board at least ten (10) days before the meeting.
