Ind. Code § 25-30-1-9
(a) Upon the death of an individual licensed under this chapter, the private investigator firm with which the decedent was connected may be carried on for a period of ninety (90) days after the individual's death by the following:
(d) Nothing in this section shall be construed to restrict the sale of a private investigator firm if the vendee qualifies for a license under this chapter.
