Ind. Code § 25-2.5-2-2

Issuance of license

As added by P.L.265-1999, SEC.1.

Except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, the board shall issue a license to an individual who:

(1) meets the conditions of section 1 of this chapter; and
(2) is otherwise qualified for licensure under this article.
