Ind. Code § 25-29-8-1

Qualifications for licensure

As added by P.L.33-1993, SEC.66.
  1. (a) An individual who applies for a podiatrist's assistant license must present satisfactory evidence to the board that the individual:

    1. (1) has completed all the requirements for podiatrist's assistants established by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Assistants;
    2. (2) has successfully completed the examination administered by the National Board of Podiatric Medical Assistants;
    3. (3) has met the education, skill, and experience qualifications established by the board;
    4. (4) has completed a verified application that contains the applicant's name and address and other information required by the board; and
    5. (5) has paid the fee established by the board.
  2. (b) The board shall issue a podiatrist's assistant license to an applicant who meets the qualifications under subsection (a).
