1. (a) A podiatrist who is prohibited from practicing podiatric medicine under section 1 of this chapter may present evidence to the board at reasonable intervals that the podiatrist is able to practice podiatry with reasonable skill and safety.
2. (b) The board may after a hearing under subsection (a) remove or modify any sanction imposed under section 1 of this chapter.
