Ind. Code § 25-28.5-1-24 – Disposition of fees; expenses of commission

(a) All fees collected by the commission shall be deposited with the treasurer of state to be deposited by the treasurer in the state general fund.
(b) All expenses of the commission shall be paid from the state general fund upon appropriation being made therefor in the manner provided by law for the making of such appropriations.
