Resale prohibited; dispensed prescription drugs ineligible for reimbursement
As added by P.L.208-2023, SEC.5.
(a) A prescription drug or supplies donated under this chapter may not be resold.
(b) A prescription drug dispensed through the program is not eligible for reimbursement under a medical assistance program.
