Ind. Code § 25-26-26-12 – Withdrawing or rescinding participation in program

(a) A local repository may withdraw from participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to the board.
(b) The board or a third party contracting with the board under section 10(d) of this chapter may rescind a local repository's participation in the program under this chapter for cause.
