Ind. Code § 25-26-13-5 – Executive director; record of proceedings; inspector-investigators

(a) The executive director shall keep a record of the proceedings of the board. The record shall contain the names and addresses of all persons who apply to the board for a license or permit and the action taken on each.
(b) The board shall hire and supervise a sufficient number of inspector-investigators to enforce the controlled substances law ( IC 35-48 ). Inspector-investigators hired by the board are employees of the Indiana professional licensing agency.
