Ind. Code § 25-26-13-16.5

Optometrists who may have prescriptions filled

Pharmacists licensed by Indiana may fill prescriptions of optometrists who are:

(1) licensed by Indiana; and
(2) certified under IC 25-24-3 ;
for a drug that is included in the formulary adopted under IC 25-24-3-10 .
