Ind. Code § 25-23.6-7-1

Application of chapter

As added by P.L.186-1990, SEC.9. Amended by P.L.140-1993, SEC.5; P.L.147-1997, SEC.58.

(a) This chapter applies to an individual licensed under this article.
(b) This chapter does not apply to:
1. (1) physicians licensed under IC 25-22.5 ;
2. (2) nurses licensed under IC 25-23 ;
3. (3) psychologists licensed under IC 25-33 ; or
4. (4) attorneys licensed to practice law in Indiana;
  when providing counseling services within the scope of practice for which they are licensed.
