Ind. Code § 25-23.6-2-9 – Social worker section established

(a) The social worker section of the board is established. The section consists of the following:
1. (1) Two (2) social worker members of the board.
2. (2) Two (2) consumer members of the board.
3. (3) One (1) physician member of the board.
(b) Three (3) members of the social worker section, two (2) of whom must be social workers, constitute a quorum.
