Ind. Code § 25-23.6-2-5
Chairman; term
As added by P.L.186-1990, SEC.9.
The board shall elect a chairman from among the members of the board for a one (1) year term. An individual may not be elected as chairman for more than two (2) consecutive one (1) year terms.
