A person may not:

1. (1) practice as an occupational therapist;
2. (2) practice as an occupational therapy assistant;
3. (3) use the title "occupational therapist";
4. (4) use the title "occupational therapy assistant"; or

5. (5) engage in the practice of occupational therapy;

   unless the person is licensed under this article.
