1. (a) An individual may not:

   1. (1) profess to be a nurse practitioner; or

   2. (2) use the title "nurse practitioner";

      unless the individual is a nurse practitioner.

2. (b) An individual may not:

   1. (1) profess to be a clinical nurse specialist; or

   2. (2) use the title "clinical nurse specialist";

      unless the individual is a clinical nurse specialist.
