Ind. Code § 25-21.5-4-1 – Persons required to register

For the purpose of safeguarding life, health, and property, a person must be registered or exempted as a professional surveyor to do the following:

(1) Practice or offer to practice surveying in Indiana.
(2) Advertise or use a title or description tending to convey the impression that the person is a professional surveyor.
