Ind. Code § 25-20.7-2-3

Exemption from article

As added by P.L.177-2009, SEC.37.

This article does not apply to a person who:

  1. (1) does not profess to be a registered interior designer; and

  2. (2) is:

    1. (A) an architect registered under IC 25-4 ; or
    2. (B) a professional engineer registered under IC 25-31 .
