A registered interior designer who continues to actively practice interior design shall:

1. (1) renew the registration not more than ninety (90) days before the expiration of the registration; and

2. (2) pay the renewal fee under IC 25-20.7-3 .

   IC 25-1-2-6 (e) applies to the renewal of the registration of a registered interior designer under this article.
