Ind. Code § 25-20.2-6-5 – Adoption of rules concerning continuing education

(a) The board shall adopt rules concerning the continuing education required for the renewal of a license under this chapter.
(b) The rules must do the following:
1. (1) Establish procedures for approving organizations that provide continuing education.
2. (2) Prescribe the content, duration, and organization of continuing education courses that contribute to the general competence of home inspectors.
