Ind. Code § 25-17.3-2-6
"Genetic supervision" refers to the assessment by:
(2) a physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 ;
of an individual who is issued a temporary genetic counselor license. The term includes regular meetings and chart review under a genetic supervision contract entered into by both parties.
